Game Asset | State Park Trailhead

THIS IS A 3D MODEL WITH TEXTURES. NOT A VIDEO GAME.

This was originally created for a trail hiking simulator game I  was working on. The project has since been placed on a backburner. I've decided to sell some of the assets I created and this is one of them. The model is an .fbx model and all the texture maps are included. Experience with setting up materials in your preferred game engine is required.
