THIS IS A 3D MODEL WITH TEXTURES. NOT A VIDEO GAME.
What's included: 2 bookshelves, 2 coffee tables, 2 end tables, 2 entertainment centers, 2 lamps, 3 sofa varieties with separate and matching pillows, 3 loveseat varieties, 3 chair varieties with separate and matching ottomans, one generic shelf, 2 different types of TVs with customizable mounts, as well as various decor items like books, modern vases, DVDVCR combo, and a flower pot.
Just some furniture assets I made. I really enjoyed making these and plan on making more sets. It should be noted that this scene does have post-processing effects (it affects the shadows and lighting). Experience with setting up materials in your preferred game engine is required. You get the individual .fbx files and the texture maps are included. All textures are 2048x2048 with the exception of the custom textures (Flowers, one book texture, and the VCRDVD Combo texture.)

Does it work with any game? if a particular game, which one?
The models are in FBX format so are supported in any 'Game Engine' like Unity 3D or the Unreal Engine which supports that 3D format. They are not made for any specific game as they are in a raw 3D fbx file format and include textures that would be set up in a Game Engine if creating a game. No guarantees can be made if you are looking to Mod an existing game that has already been developed.
